Indeed, we have other “gated” communities around here (or in all of FL) that could/should be classified low class (wannabes). NOT this one though. A recent new house was valued at just over $20 mil. And a list of community owners would floor you.
It’s not the money. It’s the ticky tack construction of pre-fab homes!
