Noooooo....I’m not walking away if someone is swinging a golf club at me....don’t be foolish, not if I have a chance to drive away to safety. A seven iron upside your head hurts just as much on a golf course across the street or on the beach....right?

You don’t even know if he was DUI, and the news reports aren’t neccessarily accurate...I wouldn’t convict someone based off of them.

And yes....a police officer with common sense...would not bust someone for DUI if it was confirmed that they were fleeing someone trying to bludgeon them with a golf club...driving a reasonable distance from the scene (again...key word is common sense).

Typing “why not walk to a golf course” behind the relative comfort of your computer.....well its not the same as actually being in the situation and making a split second decision to try and save yourself.

And he won’t get charged with DUI...either cause he wasn’t DUI or he is Tiger Woods or the cops are using common sense...which for all intents and purposes means he wasn’t DUI. I think if they suspected he was DUI, they would not be so relaxed in not talking to him when they went to his house today.

Lastly, demanding someone be charged with DUI based off news reports is foolish. You were not there and don’t know all the facts. In this case, the cops don’t know all the facts yet.

He left the house after she gave him facial lacerations and could easily have walked across the street to the golf course or beach and been safe IN THE DARK. Instead he got in the car and sat there until she attacked the vehicle at which point he attempted to drive away. The police reported that he was in and out of consciousness and on pain medication, and that the injuries were not the result of the crash.

LOL, save his life? Are you kidding? He sat in the car and gave her a chance to attack it after telling a friend that he needed to get her a Kobe Special because she “went ghetto” on him. Don’t act like Tiger was some poor victim. He cheated on his wife and drove under the influence after failing to get out of there when he could.

The cops know the facts from the scene and should have tested his blood, that’s a no brainer. The cops also know that she lied to them and has changed her story, as well as both of them avoiding two interviews with police. Anyone else would be charged.

How do you know he was sitting in his vehicle when he supposedly called his friend......who then immediately called a news source to post it on the internet? Do you really believe that? If he called his friend couldn’t he have done it earlier? Doubt that internet gossip can really can be considered a good source. Oh, in your living room trial that is a good source.

I will hand it to you. You are good. You have enough facts to put someone on trial and convict them from the leisure of your home without responding to the scene and talking to anyone.

We will see if he gets charged. Doubt that he will...which, in this country, last time I checked, means your innocent.
