If he wants to defend his honor, he will file suit and own the paper. A jury trial would be devestating to the paper. He is known for suing if it damages his reputation....

He would have to sue about 3 because this story and those pics have been in every tabloid that our local stores carry. And even though they are “rags” when you have the top 3 rags corroborating the same story with the same girl, probably some truth there somewhere.

How can he win a suit? I have not seen the article, but the Enquirer has pretty good representation. If they got emails and other info the bimbo was sending / telling her friend, and the friend did not make it up, then Tiger does not have a case.
