The reason we tend to believe the Enquirer and TMZ at these times is because of the President Clinton mess. Sure it’s tacky. But it’s like the Hooters motto: “Delightfully tacky, yet refined.” Both the Enquirer and TMZ recognize excellent celebrity gossip stories (preferably with sleazoid pictures) when their editors and producers see it.
IIRC, the Enquirer published details of Lewinsky’s affair when the MSM wouldn’t go near the story with *your* naughty bits. As for TMZ, that outfit has a habit of finding and publishing embarassing pictures. Where else but the US can a homosexual lawyer end up with his own syndicated gossip show?
The Enquirer and TMZ have dragged down the MSM, but it’s also a reflection of our culture, as well as the MSM culture.

I would imagine the turf is pretty bare around it.

I agree.
But if you look at his mistress the first word that comes to my mind is ‘Threesome’.

Ted Kennedy, may he rest in peace, seemed to get away with that particular reason, time and again...

The first word that comes to my mind is glasses.

Looks like the hot Viking wife knocked him out cold with a golf club whack upside the head after she “rescued” him from the SUV. She’ll probably take the hottest mugshot in history.

If he had to cheat..did he have to pick someone so fugly? Perhaps she was just more cheerful company. Or perhaps she was "in the mood" far more often. Or just somebody he could talk to more easily. Beauty isn't everything.

This whole situation is just plain pitiful. Tiger is so young to be wasting his life like this. His wife must love him to be so mad and for that reason he may have another chance to grow up and lead a clean life. They have two children who he will in time realize are worth more than life itself and who certainly are more valuable than all of the soon to be discards and used up equally pitiful playmates he has been attracted to. His wife may be culpable to some degree as well and not holding up her marriage commitments but they both obviously need to reassess their priorities, putting family and marriage vows to each other above all other distractions. Unfortunately, this rich celeb alley cat behavior is so predictible, both for males and females. Shame on all of them.

Wifey is definitely hotter than the mistress. Very common. He got bored boinking his wife, so any other woman, even if not nearly as pretty, is at least DIFFERENT than what he's used to.
To: milwguy
If it’s all true, I am extremely disappointed that Tiger got involved with a trailer trash tramp. He’s always been so private. What in hell was he thinking?
To: New Yawk Minute
Well, their story seems to make sense..the other stories dont. I think most of us with a functioning brain figured out what happened before TMZ reported anything. I think most of us with a functioning brain felt bad he was in a car accident and was rushed to the hospital in serious condition. As far as what "exactly" happened, I'll wait for his statement. He wasn't elected to be the greatest golfer that ever walked the earth. He didn't get all the money he has by fleecing the public trust. He earned every bit of it. He's a private citizen, and all of you are going after him like he's a political piece of meat.

Woods, you schmoe, you don't even have rocks in your head! If you're chasing this ...uh...woman.....
Man, you just can't cure stupid.
Unless your wife is a cast-iron beotch-and-a-half, you have committed one of the most gigantic screw-ups in history if this is all true.

Men are wired to want the sleazy, party girl, even if he has the sexiest, nicest wife at home. Not all men. At most half, but I'd say less.
