Dog in a BP shirt greets customers at Clearwater store
St. Petersburg Times ^ | Wednesday, November 25, 2009 | By Dominick Tao

The sequence of events happens dozens of times every day at the BP gas station/convenience store at U.S. 19 at Nursery Road.

An unsuspecting customer pulls up to the drive-through window. But instead of a store clerk, up pops two paws, deep brown eyes and the tongue-flapping grin of a happy chocolate Labrador retriever named Cody.

Kids in the back seats of minivans often squeal with joy.

Even the usually stony faces of gruff construction worker-types can't help but crack a smile under the dog's unpretentious greeting.

"He hears the bell and goes running. When he pops up, that sets it off," said Karim Mansour, the store's and dog's owner. "Uncontrollable giggling."

Kaiden is absolutely precious! What a handsome boy. We have 5 grandsons and 2 granddaughters, all under the age of seven. It gets crazy at Granny & Pop’s house ... LOL!

Thanks! He is an awesome baby. Only fusses when he is hungry or wet. We made an agreement early on - if he does not poop while Gram is watching him, I will let him eat as many cookies as he can handle. ;-)

Seven under seven? I can imagine it gets a bit crazy there.

Contrary to what *YOU* believe, the vast majority of pets in North America are NOT the disease-and-parasite-ridden beasts of muslim nightmares.

I’ll even surmise that the dog in this article sees its vet more often than you see your doctor. Unless of course you have some illness that forces you in more than once a year.

I’ll repeat something your momma must have told you at least once in your life, if only for my sake:

“If you have nothing nice to say, say nothing.”

IOW, kindly keep your disgust towards other’s pets to yourself.

Good day.

A recent CDC study revealed greater than 1 in 10 pet owners are infected with their pets worms. And, given what I know about parasites, and that’s alot, having myself taking ablendazole, fenbendazole, menbendazole, ivermectin and other antiparasiticals most testing is very poor and missed over 90% of the parasites they are checking for. Approximately 30 to 40 million pet owners are carrying the same worms as thier pets. If you think your pets don’t have worms you’re wrong, in fact, most people have worms. It’s only in America where this is flat out misunderstood.

The key thing here Scythian, first just because you are screwed up we aren’t. The second thing is we don’t appreciate your crap on every animal thread and would all appreciate it if you would simply shut up and go somewhere you are wanted.

You will never change one of our minds on this issue and are just making an ass of yourself.

Well, considering that you don’t know the difference between “a lot” and “ alot” and/or “allot”...

I will give your opinion all the deference and consideration it deserves.

BTW, “PUTZ” is meant to be as insulting as it sounds.
