She can go strapless..she’s got the arms....
She has terrific arms, and nice shoulders. That’s not the problem. I’m saying her boobs aren’t being held up correctly and it doesn’t look good. She should be wearing a long-line strapless bra under that dress (the kind commonly worn with strapless wedding dresses). A strapless dress needs buttresses! LOL!
