That is the main link that I have tried, but it is the one that has no volume. I have seen post on their own site complaining about low audio. I DO have amplified external speakers on my laptop. Other then that, it is fairInitially, I had a low audio problem with it too. I have no idea what i did but the audio is just fine now.
