I have tried a number of sites, as listed in above post, but it has been less then satisfactory.
Some sites have very low audio and I have to use headphones.
If you do not have high speed, the feeds are often broken
and slow.

I still keep trying.

You can watch special activities via their live stream program which you can download into your computer and when something comes up, you can click on the icon on your desktop to watch - like the eposode where everyone thought a boy was inside the runaway baloon. Right now, they’re showing a stream out of NASA called the “Flight Day Highlights” about those in the space shuttle.

Slingplayer. You can watch your cable anyhwhere you want, including from several types of cellphones. You can watch local TV from anywhere in the world.

A less legal alternative is installing it at a friends house.
