Anyone with a blender or a food processor can make it themselves, it’s very easy. A can of chick peas, some lemon juice, garlic, a bit of oil and some sesame tahini (available in just about any grocery store). Put it in the blender, turn it on for about 30 seconds and you’re done.

Exactly. We make it from scratch including the chickpeas cooked in spices. Yum.

Yep and pita being a flatbread it’s super easy too. Nothing like fresh hummus with warm fresh out of the oven pita bread. :)
