We lived in Sutton, 20 miles from Wasilla, then moved out into the interior near Canadian border. We live where the Yukon comes in from Canada, 4 miles from the border; been out this way 10 years now.

I had the good fortune of getting to know Sarah Palin in the early 90's; talked to her every couple weeks back then. She's the real deal and done alot of good things when she was mayor and as governor. I just wish for once, they would take a look at her record, what she accomplished, but they prefer to look at garbage. I talked to her again this last spring when she visited our community, the politics hasn't changed her one bit.
