The solid state air is the fastest Mac. Mine (loaded) shuts down in about 4 seconds and boots in 20.

I noticed that every MS commercial today is a copy of what the Mac has provided for years. This would include hardware integration, wireless sharing, boot speed and crashes.

I would still like to see a touch screen air.

Man, I’m chomping at the bit waiting for the price of those SS drives to come down and for capacity to go up. Great way to dramatically increase performance on older machines.
