Yep...I would certainly like to understand if this has any practical uses other than art. Frankly, I'm just ignorant on the subject and would like to learn more.
The point is that simple functions iterated endlessly can produce seemingly infinitely complex structures.
In other words, the foundation of endlessly complexity is beautiful simplicity.
