This stuffing sounds awesome. I have two vegetarians coming to Thanksgiving dinner. I think I’ll try this and use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth. Does anybody have suggestions for an easy vegetarian main dish I can make to serve alongside the turkey for these guests?

Food network had a section on Vegetarian thanksgiving recipes. I have no idea if this is any good but (Vegetarian Shepard's Pie)

Are they vegeterian or vegan? If just plain vegeterian make a nice baked mac and cheese if vegan thow them out! ;)

I make a cottage cheese loaf for the main dish for my vegetarian kids.

Here’s the closest I could find on the ‘net, except you crush the Special K cereal before putting it into the mix. I’m trying to think of what you could sub for the G Washington packets....broth packets maybe?? If so, no added salt.
