She must have known that everyone was wearing black on this occasion. She sticks out like the proverbial sore thumb. If she wanted wear bright colors at somber times, she should have worn a flag pin or something that would clue people in that she was celebrating lives of patriots by choosing this particular outfit. Being that she is the First Lady, she might have asked the other women there if they wanted to join her in a statement of celebration. However, the photos look very much like she wanted to draw all the attention to herself.
Well she did that alright and it gave us something to chew on again.
