Sounds an awful lot like Attorney Donofrio's opinions...for a VERY long time now.

And yes, the biggest question (IMO) is this:

Can someone BORN with foreign citizenship (via his foreign national father, and admitted by him on his campaign web site)...be considered a Natural Born Citizen of the U.S.?

I believe, there's no doubt that the framers never intended dual (or even tri) nationals at birth to be POTUS eligible (for obvious probable "conflict of interest" reasons).

The Indiana Court of Appeals just said the answer to that question is yes.
