Let me write that to apply to the contrast of America and Mexico.

Mexico is just as rich in natural resources as the United States.

Mexico has an impoverishment rate of nearly 80% and exports dissatisfied citizens, breaking up homes and families because they cannot produce valuable products that would lead to greater wealth and a burgeoning middle class.

The United State has exploited the one bountiful resource that makes a difference in wealth creation and job creation - the human resource and promotion of self determination.

They have turned the human resource into a tool for creating a better life for themselves and ultimately a stronger country.
