It is my understanding that Indian owned casinos are under different laws and can pretty much do as they please.

They don’t even have to obey standard fire safety regulations....makes you wonder about construction code as well.

That is why should play in Nevada. The Gaming Commission is very strong and will investigate. It does sound like this was a legit malfunction though.
