Given our disappointing results, embracing Keflezighi is understandable. But Keflezighi's country of origin is Eritrea, a small country in Africa. He is an American citizen thanks to taking a test and living in our country.
Nothing against Keflezighi, but he's like a ringer who you hire to work a couple hours at your office so that you can win the executive softball league.
1: Isn't it amazing how racist and intolerant these progressives in the media are? This is just the latest example, but media progressives routinely put their racism on display for all to see.
2: I thought that liberals didn't want politics in the sports arena?(*COUGH* Rush *COUGH* Limbaugh *COUGH*)
3: It's also worth noting this guy's anti americanism. An american finally wins, but some jerk in the media just can't handle that. Americans never deserve to win.
4: Isn't it progressives in the "news" who try to smear conservatives on the topic of immigration? This isn't a conservative complaining about an immigrant here, this is a liberal. It's only *ILLEGAL* aliens who mainly get conservatives upset.
The double standard. This media is full of it.
Keflezighi is a legal immigrant. Legal immigrants are not reliably Social Democrat voters. They are to be despised and.
Democrats are race obsessed. They are the party of the race obsessed.
The idea of looking at someone as an individual, and judging them by their character and accomplishments is beyond them.
They are forever accusing others of racism, because they can’t imagine a world in which race doesn’t matter, and they can’t understand people who aren’t interested in it as a subject matter. Can you not just admire a man who can run like the wind without trying to make some ethnic point about it? Not if you are a Democrat, evidently.
Heh......... Yeah!
Especially if it turns out that this runner guy is a conservative. Then the activist/journalist gloves will really come off.
