Bush didn't credit the people of East Germany, who had a campaign of peaceful protests going on for months. Bush didn't credit the government of Hungary, which opened its borders to East Germans, who could then escape through Hungary into Austria and then into West Germany.

Bush named GORBACHEV! GORBACHEV as the big hero.

I couldn't stand to listen to Bush, when he was President and I still can't stand to listen to him. He was Reagan's VP for 8 years and learned NOTHING!

Naming Bush to VP was Reagan's first decision and his worst mistake. We're still paying for that mistake.

That's very true. Reagan also let Bush and the other liberals like Baker, have too much power in his administration and in the party.

The Bush (Rockefeller) Republicans are in charge of the party and will fight like hell to keep us from getting another Reagan in office.
