Changing restrictor plates didn't work.
Changing the aero package didn't work.
The COT didn't work.

I say dump the restrictor plates and run narrower tires with a less grippy compound.

Or, they could just run crappy tars like they did at the 2008 Brickyard , and have a cartion every 10 laps :o)
