They guy is a visionary. His wife likes the results. They are happy.
I really don't understand all the cattiness on display here. Its their choice. They ar eboth adults and know full well the consequences of these operations.
I wish them both happiness.

I knew a guy like this.
The joke was that he had married two girls that were beauties but had no personalities.
For the third, he married a great personality and re-built her.
He did her nose, breasts, ears, etc. etc.
She had that same fixed stare and smile that Barbie does.
