Hmmmm, wondering what to believe here. No officially reported incidents, but constables somehow know there have been 3 or 4 "similar" assaults. Maybe there's a crazed man-hating groin-kicker on the loose. Or maybe these "victims" are an unlucky subset of the thousands of guys who make rude sexual comments or noises every day to women they encounter on public streets, and just had to come up with a better story when explaining their injuries to medical professionals.
As opposed to the true story, which may have well have gone something like: "Doc, I was just walking down the street minding my own business, when I saw this hot chick coming towards me, and just when she was right next to me I said 'Nice tits! Can I squeeze'em?', and next thing I know her foot is heading straight for my groin and I'm feeling pain like I've never felt in my life before."
