I agree with both of you. But I also think that she probably needed some kind of therapy. That just ain’t natural, Sally.
I think it’s probably very natural for a 16 year old to be flattered and pleased that she’s caught the eye of an older man. And for things to get too far out of hand, because of his behavior and her immature emotional state.
She needed therapy after her mother’s randy boyfriend came sniffing at her door.
What wasn’t natural was her mother’s lack of instinct in protecting her child.
