I don't doubt you'll want to dismiss the Okinawa Centenarian research but it will be pretty hard for you to ignore this 25 year study and explain to us why the people eating the most soy are the healthiest and longest living people on the planet.

First, Japan rejects GMO pharming, all our soy is GMO and has foreign DNA in it from other animals, plants, and soil bacterium. Second, the Japanese eat on average 13 gram’s of Iodine per day, the US RDA is 150 mcg (that’s Micrograms), they also do many other healthy things like eat seafood regulary and so on, their diet is not pre-packaged garbage for the most part.
