What have you done as far as communication? It would be difficult to know what is going on without internet, power, etc.

Hand-charged Grundig AM/FM/SW1, 2 World Band receiver and radio. It's pretty cool. On a clear day it picks up all kinds of stations in all kinds of languages I can't understand, but all the local stuff.
