Heck, anything sysinternals is great, and worlds above MS...uh, oh yeah, MS bought them, didn’t they. They don’t seem to have screwed them up yet, though.

Russinovich's Process Explorer is an excellent upgrade to Task Manager.

Actually, if you are a Windows user, it would behoove you to give the whole Sysinternals web site a good lookover. There's so much good stuff there that Microsquish bought them a couple of years ago.
