The left-wing base would be so thrilled to hear Obama and even Gore rush to the forefront in front of the United Nations to usher in a New Day of alien enlightenment for all of mankind.

Of course, it does rather beg the question of whether a group of Socialist aliens could ever summon up the economic/scientific ability to sucessfully traverse the universe, without first eradicating the majority of their population in a political purge. The dictator ridden varieties of socialist states tend to destroy their countries (or planets?) eventually whether from without or within.
What in the world would the administration do if a saucer plonked down on the WH lawn and out stepped a group of entrepreneurs from the next galaxy over wanting to talk to Cheney?
I suppose O, and his minions, would figure out some way to tax them. Maybe that’s how they’re planning on paying for health care. I wish they’d told us this already. We wouldn’t have put up such a fuss. ;-)
