The Vit C is good but also recommended is upping your Vit D3. Add some cranberry and live yogurt cultures (pills or food), zinc and a good multi-vit. Also, start N-Acetyl-Cysteine and Oscillococinum which can be found over the counter at neighborhood pharmacies and larger grocery stores.
