Oh yeah, now that you mention it, that wasn’t all that long ago either...
Locally, we had a guy who was forbidden to drive a car due to DUI’s, and he was later arrested for driving a horse and buggy to and from a bar.
I lived in a very, very small town in Arizona for a short while ... they gave out a DUI for riding a horse drunk.
