Nice sentiment, but a teensy violation of the 5-syllable Haiku rule in the third line :-)
A few questions re those wonderful ibis:
Is the tan color characteristic of young ibis or is there another reason for that?
Is the underside of the wings really dark as suggested by pic 4 or is that a lighting artifact?

Young Ibis are very dark and gradually lighten as they age. They have black on the underwings.
