Any CT Freepers who can make it; I received this in an e-mail from our local tea party chapter.
The details that I have is that "The 0ne" is scheduled to be at the Hilton on the corner of Greenwich Ave and First Stamford Place in Stamford CT the protest is scheduled for 5pm on Friday, Oct. 23rd. We are currently in discussions with the police to obtain a site within close proximity to the hotel. Details on our protest site will follow as soon as they become available. There will be a sound system and several speakers will address the gathering.
So, everyone who can, please plan to be there and bring your signs protesting Dodd, Obama or the entire socialist agenda.
Please circulate this to all those who may be interested. More to come.
I will be there! I just got off the phone with someone who will give me a ride. My understanding is there will be a large crowd there tomorrow. Get there early as possible since there will be heavy security and will need to be the traffic jam that will inevitably occur on I-95 during rush hour if you are planning to travel stretch of road to Stamford.
Friday @ 5pm on I-95! Yikes!
