U.S. Native Born have no RIGHT to be named a Natural-born Citizen
The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals recently affirmed previous SCOTUS opinion where no one has the right to be named a Natural-born citizen. Craig v U.S., 2009, 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
POTUS eligibility is an issue of national security and not a civil right.
Many people have been led to believe all citizens born on US soil, despite parentage, have a Constitutional right to be President. It's not true.
Obama cannot be impeached for his ineligibility because being ineligible in not a crime. Obama can be impeached on fraud and other crimes based on his ineligibility.
The POTUS can be removed if the POTUS has a condition that renders him with the inability to discharge his duties. Being ineligible would fall under this. The Court can't remove POTUS, but it can determine if the POTUS is eligible to hold the office.

Um, that doesn’t seem to have made an impression upon Judge Carter in California. Standing is the easy way out ... and judges will still be sitting on court benches after the federal oligarchy has swept away the Old Republic.
