The Pirates beat the Phillies record this year. Go Pirates.
Philly had 16 sub .500 seasons in a row. The Pirates now have 17.
We will make that 18 next year with a good chance to make it to 20.

I’ve been a Dodger fan my whole life but I’m glad they got their butts beat. I can’t abide that scuzbag Ramirez. I’ll be against any team that will hire these types who try to be odd man out. And what’s with all the tattoos in sport? Why this immersion in a herd mentality? This generation of athletes are the most impressionable in history. They look, act, dress, and talk the same way, particularly in football and basketball. Anyway, congrats Phillies, you deserve it.
