I wasn’t necessarily saying it was right, just that it’s nothing new, not even the frequency of occurances. Just that the perps are being caught more often which is a good thing.
And I haven’t done any dope smoking in 30 or more years although when I was ducking bullets in Beirut I really thought hard about it.
