Nope. They believe. :) They've stated as much as recently as Christmas.

Its a glorious place and I've been thinking about a stay there for some time and I'll do that in, oh... about 1,073 more days.

I get a real estate news letter from there.

Real estate people know it's a sucky time there, it's hard to conceal how bad and overbuilt their market is.
