Saw them (3rd time) in Lakeland, FL in next to last concert before the plane crash.
They have a new album out “God and Guns” and tomorrow is the anniversary (22nd i think) of the plane crash that took the lives of so many of Skynyrds original members.
Ooops! I meant 32nd. It’s been 32 years ago that Lynyrd Skynyrds plane crashed. Not 22. Doi!

( Best concert I ever saw was The Outlaws (Guitar Army) opening for Skynyrd at Fox Theater , Atlanta,,, I thought how the hell are they going to follow that performance ??
,, about 1/2 second into “Working for Mca” it was clear..
2nd was Rossington-Collins 1st performance at Fox.. They played Freebird with out singing , just an empty mic.. still get goosebumps ..
