No worries. I am more amused by some of the posters than anything.

Wouldn’t a 3.3 generate a Hmmm or a yawn?

Irrelevant perhaps to some, but I was interested in more information. That is why I posted it under chat and as a vanity. The Mods can decide whether or not it deserves to remain up, but hopefully not before I hear from some other FReepers that might have felt it.

Well, I have lived up here for several years and we do not get many at all, so that and the fact that there was one other close by not too long ago caught My attention.

Oh, that makes sense.

We just get em’ so often, I don’t do anything more than raise an eyebrow.

When they get to 5, as one did a few years ago, then it peaks my attention.

Not too far from the Spring Gardens location. Plumas County, and I am actually in Quincy for the day working on a laptop for a friend. Be gone by this afternoon so any other time I would not have felt it. Other towns... Greenville, Canyon Dam, Beldon, Twain, and Portola. In the mountains between Chico and Reno.

Is that a code word for San Francisco?

USGS now shows it as a 3.3 -sudden sharp jolt then shook noticeably for a few seconds... bloody startling!

That's a sleeping pill here.

You are right, I’ve lived here in Placerville since 2001 and have never felt one here. When I lived in silicon Valley I’d feel one once a year.
West slope of the Sierras seems to be very low incidence.

Yar it would have been for Me if I was still living in Silicon Valley, but as I have just mentioned to another poster we do not get that many up here and we quite recently had another one so it caught My attention.
