China is smart to do so--its manufacturing sector is still booming (while America's is declining)

This is going to be an ugly time to be an American. China has a plan and Congress is bent on health care and global warming. Painful to watch.

That being said, woe to any American who is holding cash and getting 3%. Better to be in commodity based stocks and international mutual funds that do not invest in the U.S.
