"I will NOT call for violent actions, but I sure have no hesitation in predicting that violent action is the natural result of no access to peaceful solutions. The people are tirelessly, relentlessly and patiently hoping that some court somewhere will rise to the duty of their oath to protect the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic, before the people themselves have to rise in defense of their beloved country.

If the courts continue to run interference of Obama & Co., I predict it will be a grave error of enormous proportions...

In the end, citizens of this country will demand freedom and a constitutional government. They will seek peaceful solutions first, but when all else fails, they will once again arise to the call of duty, in defense of the greatest nation ever known to mankind. For freedom to exist anywhere on earth, it must exist in the United States of America.

I sincerely pray for wisdom in the courts, before the people run out of patience.

The "birthers" aren't crazy. They're right! The Constitution either means what it says or it means nothing at all. If it means nothing at all, then the people are on their own and the time to alter or abolish has arrived."

"What had "birthers" done that was so over the top? They asked to see Barack Obama's birth certificate, and to date, they have been denied that "crazy" request. In fact, multiple law suits have been filed across the country in numerous forms, simply seeking access to Obama's personal history, and most recently, a judge has fined one of those attorney's $20,000 for "filing frivolous law suits" on the matter."

Nope. Pretty much got all this wrong.

If someone were confused enough to be a “truther” and a “birther” would that make them a “two-fer”??

I believe absolutely that his passport files hold the truth. I will bet you a steak dinner that he held either an Indonesian and/or British passport(s) while in college. That’s how he traveled throughout the middle east and to do so I bet he claimed Indonesian or British citizenship. SO either he was lying then or he’s lying now... take your pick.

“We know that he traveled to Pakistan, among other places in the Middle East, during his college years, and that he did NOT hold a US passport at that time. We know that he received his first US passport as a “diplomat,” while he was a state senator in Illinois, which also allowed him to bypass the normal process of getting a US passport.”

Now that’s intriguing.. Ahow was he able to bypass? Did he bypass that? How did they find out about having no passport in college?

Hey, I don’t know where he was born. Could have been Kenya, I’d love to know.

In conclusion, P.A. Madison draws attention to Rep. John A. Bingham’s (OH) comments about Section 1992 of the Revised Statutes. Rep. Bingham is the author behind the equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.

“Every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.” (Cong. Globe, 39th, 1st Sess., 1291 (1866))

P.A. Madison provides context to Bingham’s definition.

Bingham subscribed to the same view as most everyone in Congress at the time that in order to be born a citizen of the United States one must be born within the allegiance of the Nation. To be born within the allegiance of the United States the parents, or more precisely, the father, must not owe allegiance to some other foreign sovereignty (remember the U.S. abandoned England’s “natural allegiance” doctrine). This of course, explains why emphasis of not owing allegiance to anyone else was the affect of being subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.

“We know that he traveled to Pakistan, among other places in the Middle East, during his college years, and that he did NOT hold a US passport at that time.”

If Obama has not opened his passport files, how is it they know that he did not hold a US Passport when he went to Pakistan?

I’m one of those “crazy birthers”, but I disagree with some of the article that I skimmed through.

The fact that Obama’s dad wasn’t a citizen doesn’t affect his NBC status. If that were the case, we’d have to go back and dredge up records on the fathers of all Presidential candidates, something we just have never done.

However, Obama’s birthplace very much affects his NBC status. He had to have been born on “U.S. Soil”. This includes / included the Panama Canal Zone (U.S. property at the time of McCain’s birth there), Embassies, and possibly overseas Armed Forces Bases.

The two issues come together to determine Obama’s citizenship status at birth. If he was born in Hawaii, he’s a citizen, and a natural born one, no matter what. If born in Kenya, it appears he wouldn’t have been a citizen due to some funky rules about how long the one citizen parent (Stanley, his mom (oh brother, no wonder he’s such a goof)) had to have not traveled out of the US past her (?) 18th birthday.

What a mess. The biggest part of the mess is that nobody in power in D.C. seems to give a rat’s ass. They’re just part of a statist culture that forgets they work for the U.S. citizens as specified in the Constitution, not the other way around.

Every event will have its conspiracy theorists. It’s only the official government response to those theorists that fan the flames of their wacky conspiracies.

The US government acted unnecessarily secretive and shady after 9/11. If not for that, Truthers would make up 1/100 Americans instead of 1/4.

Likewise with Obama, if he just produced proper documents instead of forged documents, birthers would disappear.

If the EU didn’t silence any Holocaust deniers’ questions but instead address them, they would largely disappear.

Same thing with the Kennedy assassination.

Conspiracy theorists of these tragedies would largely be ignored if the governments involved would just be more open.

Look, if Obama were a Republican and not a natural born citizen, some Democrat would have already stolen the birth certificate and given it to the NY Times. Only stupid Republicans waste their time with futile legal means.

“I believe absolutely that his passport files hold the truth.”

US Passport files do not include the countries a person has travelled to.
