Yes, but Orlando is little more than a momentary way point for most so there is little loyalty fan wise.
Any team that could locate to L.A. COULD be financially enormous.
Orlando like Vegas is not a good major league city, too few long term locals to support the team.

Even here in Dallas, a lot of people are from somewhere else, including yours truly, and we still root for the teams we grew up with, in my case _{the Detroit Lions}
