I dunno...here in NYC area, black athletes DO get hammered pretty good when they deserve it. For example, Jose Reyes of the Mets received plenty of criticism, Patrick Ewing got plenty of heat when he was playing and Tiki Barber and Plaxico were not cut any slack. And Keyshawn was no media fave when he was here.
Is DC different? Could be...but as an NFC fan and observer, I think your OL is a bigger problem than Campbell; another quality receiver and a quick, cut-back runner like our Ahmad Bradshaw wouldn't hurt either. And throw more to Cooley...

I think the bigger story is Jamarcus Russell. That guy belongs nowhere near an NFL field and absolutely no one is saying it. One local NYC espn radio host said it today and was wondering why no one is calling Russell out. Hmmmmmm...
