Just took a poll on facebook as to whether or not Obama deserves the Peace prize. I voted no and found that at this time, with 187,000 having voted, almost 82 per cent say...

Obama has two contractors bidding to fix a broken fence at the White House.
One is from Chicago and the other is from Texas.
The Texas contractor does some measuring and figuring, then says, I can do this job for $700: $300 for materials, $300 for my crew and $100 profit for me.
The Chicago contractor doesn’t measure or figure, but leans over to Obama and whispers, $2,700.
Obama says, you didn’t even measure like the other guy! How did you come up with such a high figure?
The Chicago contractor whispers back, $1000 for me, $1000 for you, and we hire the guy from Texas to fix the fence.
Done! replies Obama.
And that, my friends, is how Zero’s stimulus plans work.
Was browsing the web when I came upon this threead. Figured id share info about a related event recently.
Not sure if any of you had seen another poll months back that raised eyebrows as well.

A bunch of people were disputing the accuracy of the poll and it became a fairly heated debate. I started to browse 2008 election related polls and found that the majority were heavily in favor of Obama.
Now for the funny part.
I found not one but many comments comments from people arguing that facebook polls are accurate and that the anti Obama people just couldn’t face fact.
The kicker is that upon cross referencing those with the new poll, many of those very same people were saying facbook polls are never accurate and nobody should bother putting any thought into it.
