Very possibly true.Both the ones who *were* promoted and those who *weren't* will...with or without justification...claim to have been harmed.

Not being a lawyer,one of the first questions I have is who gets to "go first" in court...his victims at World Wide Pants or his soon-to-be ex-wife? It seems to me that *that*,too,could prove to be a major battle.Unless,that is,there's a well established legal formula addressing such situations.

Agree, he is a snarky jerk and hope wifey gets a large settlement and she will get child support for the next 14 years.....Karma can be a bit,,,ch. He sure doesn't mind throwing stones at any conservative but forgot about the glass house......his house is liable to be just slivers of glass and its sweet to watch.

Plus he isn't even funny. The only thing I use to watch was when they would have on stupid pet tricks.....
