Okay, okay....even if in some bizarro world a 12 year old child “comes on to” a middle aged man, how does this son-of-a-b!tch get to a place in his head where it’s okay morally and legally to act on it?
Were I in his shoes (supposing things happened as he said) I would have immediately gone to the kids’ mother and told her that her daughter has a problem, seek help.
No, this “man” is a child molester, this 12 year old did NOT “come on to” him (except in his twisted mind) and he deserves everything coming his way in prison.

No doubt that girls of that age are going to experiment with their “wiles” but it stretches credulity that it would be on an adult male who is 38 years old. I would be more understanding if he was 18, maybe 20 years old max.
Let him sit in jail for 15 years and think about his decision.
