Designing small houses is not difficult. Making them livebale in small space is another matter. Since becoming more restricted in my mobility, I’ve become quite interested in shrinking spaces but retaining comfortable spaces. HINT: large, spacious bathrooms are a waste of floor space, as are expansive bedrooms. And closets should be planned with a laundry room in mind. And HVAC should be planned with central, ‘in living space’ practicality in mind. And ... well, you get the ‘pitcher’
