There's a good write-up about it on GunBlast.com. Seems to have some nice features for a CCW - external safety, internal striker mechanism that support both SA and DA (allows for trigger repull), and it is a light weight pistol at 18.5 ounces. Mag capacity is only 7 rds. of 9mm, which would make me a little nervous, even with +P JHP ammo. Personally, when I carry a 9mm, it's a Springfield XD with a 16-round mag.

As for the brand, I do own a Taurus (PT1911 .45) and it has been a pleasure - it's well-made, tight tolerances but not a tight spring, and fully as accurate as my Kimber .45.

I parked my Kahr PM9 in favor of my Glock 26 over capacity issues. My G26 holds 10+1. Us po folk in California are restricted to 10 round mags. 16 rounds equals a lot of comfort.
