I am a Charismatic Christian and I find it disgraceful that they won’t let Benny Hinn into the UK.
I also don’t understand why so many people on FR are so hostile towards charismatics. There is nothing wrong with speaking in tongues, dancing, raising hands, being slain in the spirit.
I have been personally touched by Benny Hinn’s videos. No, I do not send him money, but his teachings have blessed me.
I am not a fan of him because Jesus taught- “Freely you have been given, freely you should give.” I don’t know how I got on Mr. Hinh’s mailing list, I never signed up for that, but I probably get 1 piece of mail a day.
I, too, like and admire Benny Hinn. It often amazes me that people who don’t know the Lord are so quick to say why someone is not acting as a Christian should. Other people who say they are Christians backbite and tear him (and others) down because he does things differently from the way they would do them. I haven’t watched Benny Hinn much lately, but when I used to watch him a lot, I could tell he loved the Lord and was kind to others.
The article is not about his religion, it’s about him not having the appropriate paperwork to enter Great Britain.
I have not been one of those here on FR who have expressed hostility towards Binn or any other charismatic; however, I will say there are people who have a problem with the fakery of some charismatics. Been there, seen it personally.
He broke the entry rules, so they dont let him in. Simple really. If he came with the correct documentation, they would. Its not their fault, its HIS tour organisers. They really should know things like that.
