And you can say that with a straight face when the GOP establishment so often votes against their own proclaimed political principles? I would suggest you direct your ire at the problems in the GOP instead of at those disenchanted by the poor GOP leadership. There is a very potent political force out there if the GOP can get its own act together.
I’m hoping that Republican voters stop voting for the ‘Party’ and vote for the person on the ballot that represents their interests BEST.
In my opinion the Republican ‘Leadership’ believes the enemy is Conservatism and Conservatives. This is obvious from silly statements that the RNC puts out. Add in that some Republican Senators and Members of the House seem to live on another planet than Conservatives do and it becomes easy to see that the Republican Party will NEVER get their ‘act together’...
The Republican Establishment ‘Leaders’ want Conservatives to abandon Conservative principles and become Liberal Lite / Democrat Lite. And are astonished that we do not want to do that... then start carping at us - Conservatives are the problem - Conservative principles are outdated...
The Republican ‘Leadership’ is simply BLIND to what the Tea Party, Town Hall and March on DC folks have been saying and what they continue to SHOUT... The Republican ‘Leadership’ is basically - Deaf - Dumb and Blind and seemingly STUPID!
Simply not acceptable...
Individual Republicans - hopefully real Conservatives will just have to get their ‘act together’ with the voters despite the RNC and the Other Republican ‘Leadership’.
