It was never proven Rush broke any laws, he was just accused of it but has always denied he doctor shopped. He was never tried or convicted. At that, the very liberal scum DA accepted the settlement, which specifically didn’t include an admission of guilt, to drop the issue. If there were evidence of said crimes, especially with an activist DA, he could have run with it and destroyed Rush.

You can't get the amount of pills he took legally. Rarely does someone get jail time for this, though. That's why he went to rehab. And he came out with flying colors and he was inspiring with his behavior. And it humbled him.

I doubt this will humble Letterman..unless, of course, he loses his job. Which is all he really cares about.
