Look, I despise Letterman..I hope that not only will his wife divorce him and take him to the cleaners..but also that these “staffers” sue him and CBS and he’s fired in disgrace. Why does it seem these days that the people that America is so generous to turn out to be such huge scumbags. I just started thinking about the day Rush got on his show and talked about his problems, that’s all.
Rush being addicted to pain killers doesn’t make him a ‘scumbag’. The chance of addiction is a published and known side affect of those pain killers, just like other medications have side affects of making your hair fall out or making you incontinent. Suffering the side affect of a medication is not a moral issue. Buggering members of your staff, however is a moral issue.
